Was told by the manager that they have nothing on file for me, need i mind you that I gave them my Debit card information. The man on the phone told me that they couldn't deliver to me. I asked why would he tell me that I would have it in 25 minutes if they couldn't. Manager in the background arguing with the driver that the order wasn't even put in but HE TOOK MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. He then told me he was going to just write it up and a pick up order. Then proceeded to ask for my card information again as he stated it was not saved in the system. (Need i mind you, he stated previously that the card was approved). I then told him I did not feel comfortable giving him my information again and that I would like to speak to the manager, he told me that the manager was busy and cannot talk to me with an attitude. I then told him that I would just have to report them then because that is not right and I am going to bed hungry. The food is already sloppily done, but they were the only ones open and I was very hungry at the time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The wait is bad enough, but the dishonesty is what makes interacting with this establishment especially unpleasant. I hope the manager will consider changing the “expected wait time” from “14-24 minutes” to “60 minutes or more.” Setting expectations appropriately will allow people the dignity to make an informed choice.
