Shouldn’t this type of issues be addressed the time that I call? I mean we all see the hair, what else do they need to investigate on? They could have apologised and at least give me a full refund. Anyway, disgusting and unclean. I did not have fries in my order (thanks God), but when I was pulling up to the window I say how they were putting them in the boxes - no gloves whatsoever, completely bare hands! This is just awful.
