    Delivery driver ruined my pizza carrying it sideways, called and staff was rude over the phone. The pizza that ended up being salvageable was undercooked and mushy. Awful business and customer service, would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!

    I haven't ordered Papa John's in a long time. I was tired and wanted a pizza. Granted I probably ordered the wrong thing I ordered the xl pizza with pepperoni and onion and tried the chicken Parmesan bites. 40 dollars I get inflation but the pizza better be spot on. Well I haven't ordered here in a long time so I gave them another Chance they failed. Worst New York style pizza I've ever had. The pizza might of had 10 pieces of pepperoni and a tad of onions. Crust was cardboard flavor was ok. The chicken Parmesan bites should actually have chicken in it maybe 5 smaller than diced cubes. Overall really sub par no where close to a value for the ridiculous 40 dollars. I won't order here again. I'll drive to Ormond and get a giant Lenny's pizza for 27. The driver was very courteous.
