Norwood's Restaurant and Treehouse Bar was established in 1946 and has been a place of family fun and great enjoyment since. Located just over the South Causeway in sunny New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Norwood's is a favorite to locals.
Norwoods specializes in seafood, but also serves steaks, pastas, and salads. The Treehouse Bar has a whimsical and welcoming environment and a perfect spot for date night, while the patio and inside restaurant is fun for the whole family! Our talented Chef and his team designs and creates menu items and present them with skill and confidence in our scratch kitchen. The menu is priced to fit every budget and every occasion. We can't wait to serve you!

One of the coolest resuraunt ideas ever with the worst policies. This is the third time they have disappointed me. Oh the minor I had with me was my 19 month old son. I guess they though id be feeding him shots.

Took the elevator upstairs and we're quickly informed that the upstairs tree house was 21+ age only. So disappointed as we drove 2 1/2 hours to eat here for the tree house experience. We left without food and disappointed. Will not return.

However,our server/bartender,Clint made the night worth the journey. The menu is extensive and most everything is made from scratch. Our cocktails were great and we began with the calamari. I was not impressed with this appetizer primarily because of the paltry size of the portion and the fact that it was mostly tentacles and a very small amount of circles. The one redeeming feature was the outstanding pineapple Thai chili sauce. For the entrees we had the filet kebabs with a side of their excellent potato cake and from the appetizer menu their escargot with a side of angel hair pasta,which my wife loved. We can’t wait to return in milder weather to enjoy the tree house experience. Steve

We got the spinach ricotta dumplings and sundried tomato pasta and were genuinely mad that we didn’t have enough appetite to finish them (but we brought them home). Drinks were fantastic and service was just the best. Thank you Lex. Can’t recommend more!

The food was delicious, had the seafood, and the service was great, along with sitting outside at night with the lights on throughout the trees was so pretty . We will go back again for sure.
