I’m in the drive through like for about 15 mins waiting to get to the speaker because the line is so long. I finally get to the speaker to give my code to them and I’m waiting again to speak to someone. No one answered me right away. I was still waiting to give my code to the employee. I finally said hello after waiting about 10-15 mins and they answered and I told them I had a code and I gave it to them(now it’s way after 11) waiting all that time in the drive through the lady said that those are breakfast item and I need to cancel the order because they switched over to lunch. How when I have ordered way before 11 I should be abled to get my food. She said No I can’t get it because we have switched over to lunch for me to come inside and speak to a manager. I went inside and was standing at the counter for 15 mins all the employees looks right at me and no one helped me. Like I was invisible to them. No one came to speak to me even when I said hello! This is outrageous and I will be taking this up with corporate. If this is how they treat they customers and doesn’t have respect for us I will never order at this location ever again. The manager Amber was there and she didn’t do anything to help me. Just a bad rep from an employee to a customer.
