  I went there for a Sunday funday with a friend. The service definitely needs to improve. I felt rushed to place an order, I felt confused about ordering a drink for brunch. I waited a long time for the bill to arrive. The drink orders were wrong, for example orange instead of cranberry and adding extra liquor to a drink that wasn't asked for. After the meal I went to speak with the manager. She said that she would come upstairs and speak with the team that was working up there. We never saw her again. It just felt like they missed the mark and need to improve the service and communication between upstairs and downstairs. It left us very frustrated.

  I got the worst service of my life here today and this isn’t my first visit here. We sat upstairs in the little special bar. My friend arrived before me and we were interested in bottomless mimosas to be told that ends at 1pm. She got there about 12:30-12:45. She was rushed to put her brunch order in. I arrived at 12:55 and she still had not received her drink yet. At this point, I was ready to leave considering she hadn’t gotten anything…. not to mention she told me the waitress told her to “hurry up and drink as many mimosas before 1”. I put my drink order in and she had reordered her mimosa again. I received an orange mimosa instead of cranberry. The food was ok. I then ordered a margarita (should have just got the 1 drink and left) but then received the check and noticed I was charged for triple sec, which I didn’t ask for. She only asked if I wanted a certain tequila in my drink, I said no. I was also charged for the individual mimosas. At this point, we were there for an 1.5hr, 20min of that waiting for a check and to cash out. We asked for a manager before we left so this could be addressed because there were several other people that that had to remind the waitress of things they asked for. We waited a little extra before leaving, only to not have the manager show up. I will not be back, nor will I recommend this place to my friends.

  Stopped by here for couple drinks. Good crowd for Friday midday. They have live entertainment. Menu looks good and affordable. Service is super quick and friendly. Staff welcomes everyone with smiles and cheer. Good place to come for food drinks. Or just chill with your favorite drink and watch tv. Your choice. It may be kid friendly if they sit outside across the street.🤷🏼‍♂️🤣

  To preface, I never leave bad reviews. So this review is generous. I made a reservation for 3 outdoors. We were sat inside by the bathroom and kitchen. It smelled like sewer. For drinks, I ordered a cocktail and a glass of water. The water never came. For food, I ordered a crock of French onion soup and turkey club. She asked if I wanted the soup first and I said yes. Our dinner was brought out but no soup. I asked about it and she said it would be out soon. Several minutes passed and we were finished with our meal. She stopped by again saying the soup would be out soon. It finally arrived and was the most bland French onion soup I’ve ever experienced. I had a few spoonfuls and just took that whole fiasco as a loss. Our waitress did not even pretend to care about us. She stood at the bar with other servers complaining about their jobs. I mean…. It was crazy. Like we weren’t even there. The cookie was good. I would suggest going anywhere else. Just super disappointing all around.

  First time I’ve been disappointed by Flagler Tavern and it was a doozy. We had a party and were placed in the waitlist which is fine because they were busy. They said they would call me and may be hour and a half. Cool fine by me, we will go grab a drink. It had been awhile so we returned 3 hours later and they still didn’t have a table. 3 hours!!!!! That’s ridiculous! And then they bumped us off the waitlist. So disappointed. Forced us to go somewhere else when we were looking forward to it.
