The last three times I’ve visited, they’ve been out of the same basic items—ice, unsweetened tea, and other menu items. Today around 4:45 PM, they were out of steak, hot salsa, fajita vegetables, and once again no ice. On top of that, most of the containers on the serving line were either empty or nearly empty. I also asked multiple times for two chimichurri sauces, and didn’t realize until I got home (or check my receipt) that they were never included in the bag. I’m not sure what’s going on with this store, but it really needs better inventory and quality control. As many other reviews mention, I avoid ordering online here unless it’s a quesadilla because portions and accuracy are unreliable. I hope management takes note and gets things back on track because we enjoy some good Chipotle!
