It was an unusual design in the shape of a cooked turkey. Kelly the manager called me multiple times to keep me updated because they were having a bit of trouble getting the design just right. I didn’t catch the cake designers name but she did excellent. I know she was stressed. Rather than rushing it or settling, they offered alternative options, took the time to get it as close to perfect as they could, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Their kindness, patience, and dedication really stood out. It’s rare these days to find such caring customer service. The cake turned out great, and my son was thrilled. Thank you so much to the staff for helping make his birthday extra special. I truly appreciate the effort you put in!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
