  The food and the service has definitely degraded.. The staff seems to want to be any place else but where they're at. For the specific location I'm choosing to take a break and drive another 20 minutes to another location.

  Rude. Was given rolled eyes and attitude when I asked about the Tractor lemonades I had paid for not being available 32 OZ OF FLAT COKE AND 32 OF WEAK LEMONADE FROM THE SODA MACHINE for us instead with no straws available either. Food was sad, wilted, and the chicken was so cold and dry we had to throw it away after a few bites fearing it might have been sitting in a hot well and then on a counter long past it's time. Ate at Chipotle all the time in Las Vegas before I moved to FL. Never had an issue with the lemonade dispensers being empty, food being FRESH, or staff being anything but polite and friendly. I actually regret picking dinner up here. I do not write bad reviews unless there is good reason. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

  I wouldn't go back. The chips tasted stale. My bowl could have been filled with more rice. I asked for a little guac and a huge scoop was put on top. For what you pay, I would rather spend my money somewhere else. The girls at the register were nice though one was training the other.

  This location absolutely sucks… every time we come they are always out of most things! Don’t bother coming after 8pm. They never keep food stocked on the line and their rice is never seasoned. They serve plain white and brown rice with no cilantro or lime juice. That’s just disgusting. We come to chipotle because we loved the quality and taste of the food in the past. Not to mention it took them 3 months to fix their ice machine. Also the employees look like they hate their job. This location needs a total revamp.. it’s sad.

  Kind of annoyed at this location. I always come at least 2 hours before close and the only available option for protein is barbacoa and chicken. Not even veggies were available. This is now 6… count em… 6 times this has occurred. As someone whose occupational industry is restaurants, this now seems like they want an easy close. I’ve never had this problem at the many locations I’ve visited. I just want the options that are on the menu? I know this isn’t a crazy request. Do better. This is a common known thing around town apparently “don’t go to this location after 8:30pm”. What a crazy reputation to have
