  I really like this location. The staff members are always friendly, and my order is always correct. The prices, of course, are pretty economical. This location is near my job, which I also appreciate. Whether you order inside or through the drive thru, the wait is never very long at all.

  Came in for lunch took a sandwich missing bacon manager didn’t tell me until after I had to go back in. She just handed me $1.10 for the bacon said we’re out , seemed like she was lying because she was rushing orders and forgot my tenders too, I’d rather of just had the full refund and you kept the food , businesses is trashy and dirty same with the service

  They forget something almost every time I come here. And I've been coming here for 8 years. And when you go and ask for it, you wait forever with them just walking right past you without a word

  Awful...Ordered a very simple order and had to repeat the order several times and at the pay window it was still wrong. The dorito taco supreme was soggy and fell apart, the burrito's and soft taco's were barely warm. I asked at the pay window and also the pick up window for extra mild sauce when we got home there were 2 mild sauces and 6 HOT sauces. To say disappointed would be an understatement. I tried to call and talk to a manager and they didn't answer the phone.

  I understand that we live in an imperfect world. People call out of work, registers breakdown, mistakes on orders occur. However, this is the third time that I've been to this location and I think I'm over it. The PM crew is extremely unprofessional and truly seem to dislike their customers. Bag handed to me without a word of acknowledgment. Because I didn't get my drink I waited at the window. Three employees walked by looked at me but didn't acknowledge me even after I smiled and signaled them to come over. I eventually tooted my horn. Two more employees looked but didn't come over. Finally one of them did and I asked for my drink. They handed it to me. No apologies. No have a good night. Nothing 2nd time-- order wrong AND food not wrapped properly-- ingredients all over the bag. So bad that the tomatoes and sour cream soaked through the bag so when I went to pick it up to go into my home the bottom burst out onto the floorboard of my car. Yay 3rd time. Actually didn't order, because they closed early. No reason. Just told me through the intercom that they were closed. I said I thought you closed at 11:00 p.m. and they said we're closed now and there was a bunch of laughter in the background. I will travel an extra 2-3 miles to go to the Taco Bell on 19 from now on. Happy staff, happy customers. Replace the dregs with some competent friendly associates and watch how much it improves your bottom line.
