  Tonight my crew and I started our shift at the Hospital, trying to be proactive to ensure our hungry didn't turn into hangry. We all entered our orders into my Panera App. As I went to process the payment (7:45 pm), the app froze. I couldn't get to the orders on the website. When the app finally responded, the cart was empty. After regathering all of the orders (from 3 units) and entering the order on the website, I entered payment info and submitted the order. The website would not process the order because it was "too late for the size of your order" at 8:02 pm. The store closes at 9 pm. So I called directly... several times... before getting an answer. I fully expected an answer of "we don't take orders after such-n-such time", as I have received so many times. Instead, Hannah was sympathetic, helpful, and so sweet. She took the order, ensured it was all correct, then apologized that with the size of our order it would take 15 minutes instead of 5! Not a problem at all! When we received our food, there were 2 items missing. I'm not a Karen, we are all human and we can understand that life happens. I called back (now 9:02 pm, after they were officially closed), and they answered! I sent my staff member back and they gladly opened the door to make sure that we had our complete order. They even threw in treats in apology! So many times, people seem to do the minimum of what they have to do. We appreciate so very much when anyone sees beyond the rules/closing times/etc to be there for each other. Thank you from us... and our patients who will enjoy smiling faces instead of hangry nurses!

  Always dirty when we come in. Garbage on the floor everywhere. No one seems to care when you mention it. Order came out incorrect.

  Panera must be buying the cheapest coffee in the world. I am used to organic coffee so I rarely buy their coffee. It tastes like chemicals. A couple of time I came across Half n Half spoiled. Turned me off completely. As to the Staff, they are hard working people, and yes, overwhelmed, you can easily notice it. The employer should take notice of it. Florida is not a slave state. Hope this review stays so customers can be informed.
