  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. When I asked for an extra sauce at the drive-thru, the employee responded with a loud, snotty sigh that immediately made me feel unwelcome. I told her never mind because I didn’t want to deal with that kind of attitude, and drove off already frustrated. On my way home, I decided to call the store to speak with a manager because I felt that was so unprofessional it ruined my entire experience. When I finally got the manager on the phone, I simply asked for his name so I could reference it if needed. Instead of addressing my concern, he refused to give his name and questioned my intentions, implying I might be trying to get free food. He spent several minutes arguing rather than listening to what had happened. He clearly said I don’t give my name out because people just use it to get free food. I ended up driving back to the store while still on the phone. Even in person, he refused to provide his name, looked me straight in the eye, and said he didn’t have to give it to me. To make matters worse, he made a rude comment about me not being able to afford a 35-cent for sauce. It honestly felt like he was trying to provoke a reaction. I chose to walk away, but the entire experience was shocking. If this is how management behaves, it’s no surprise the service is so poor. My that’s just the culture this store is in with.   Every time I visit this McDonalds drive thru, I'm greeted well, and the food is always fresh. If not, the team members ensure that it is without having to ask. I want to especially shout out the overnight crew as that it when I frequently visit. I appreciate it!

  This location never has it's stuff together at night especially, even if you go at 9-10pm most of their machines are down or not working.
