We asked her if calling in the order between 1:30 to 2 would be a problem and she assured us that there would be no problem as they would be open at that time.. We called at 1:30 and the person who answered the. phone just said hello . I had to ask if this was Taso’s? She said yes it is. I said I would like to place an order for 5 pizzas. Her reply was we don’t open until 4 and we aren’t making pizzas today. I explained that that wasn’t what we were told. She said I don’t know. Imagine our embarrassment with a house full of people and I announce we have to make other plans. We have dined there in the past and always had great meals, but this incident has left us rethinking our dining options
- MWMartin WalshDec 25, 20251.0Had a terrible experience last night on Christmas Eve at Taso. We made a reservation, and had confirmation as the owner had even called me to ask me to come earlier. However, when we arrived, the staff could not find the reservation and struggled to find a table for us. Half way through the meal, the same staff called my cell phone and told me that I missed my reservation-even though I was sitting in the restaurant eating my dinner. We found the entire staff to be rude, no apologies were ever made, and we felt rushed to get out of the restaurant. The food was just ok and not worth this hassle. Not going back.
