They will try to rip you off with extra charges that are absolutely insured! Stopped by tonight after a concert to grab food. Had two separate orders. Was told we can’t exceed $10 per order if we’re placing two orders (which is BS because we’ve done it plenty of times before at this location). We then ordered a quesadilla which is supposed to come with sour cream, guacamole, and the avocado salsa sauce. Wasn’t given any of the sauces and when I asked for some sour cream the employee argued and said it doesn’t come with any of that. I told her it says it does on their menu and I get it every time and she got attitude and said “I’ve been here since May and I’ve never given out free sauces. You’ll have to pay extra if you want sour cream.” I had to leave and go to a different Taco Bell to get my sour cream where the employee there said “Yeah, the quesadilla comes with all that. Sorry for the inconvenience the other store gave you.”

The window girl Olivia makes my day every time just seeing how amazing she is at her job and also being super pregnant and she still has got it helping wherever she is needed!
