She was extremely rude and acted as if we were inconvenient and taking up too much of her time with our order. I have never experienced an employee this rude in my life!! I will not be back that’s a promise.

Made my kid cry (yea maybe he went to lick the Parmesan container when my head was turned but still hes 3…) refused a kids menu (guess they don’t have one), didn’t give us menus, stayed cause my kids were already starving for some pizza. Rarely make bad reviews but this ladies demeanor and attitude is equivalent to the dumps I take in the morning. But seeing the rest of the reviews this seems to be a common issue here with no resolve from management besides half felt apologies. Keep her in BOH Will be watching to see how tips adjusted after this visit…

Pizza hut has been on the decline for years but this location in specific has fascinatingly appaled me in every way you can, what a shame. Go and support your local new port richey pizza joints instead of paying for this greasy cold overpriced cardboard.
- DSDominick SandersDec 17, 20251.0Connie, our server, was extraordinarily rude. My girlfriend and I walked into the restaurant with the buffet going on and our server was extremely mean. A menu was never offered (girlfriend asked if the buffet was the only option, she replied “that’s just what most people do”), she said all dinner boxes were discontinued yet were available for pickup online, and slapped our check for two sodas onto the table. We paid for our sodas and left after our interactions with her. All of our previous interactions with a male server with a beard and baseball cap were always very pleasant.
