  I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at the pickup window tonight (11/18). The employee working the window (a woman with purple hair) was hostile, condescending, and completely unwilling to assist with a simple issue. ​I had placed two orders via the app using the same login and card: one for pizza and a second transaction for a 2L soda. When I picked up the food, I asked for the soda, but she dismissed me immediately, claiming there was no second order. I had to drive around the building to pull up my receipt details. When I returned to the window with the proof of purchase, her refusal to help was baffling: ​Refused to look up by Order Number: I offered the order number, and she told me it was "too long" and she "couldn't type all that in." ​Refused to look up by Payment: She claimed she couldn't verify the order using the transaction amount or card details. ​Refused to check recent orders: When I asked if she saw a standalone order for a 2L soda placed immediately after mine, she refused to answer, claiming it was a "security issue" to reveal that information. It is a soda pickup, not a bank transaction. ​Finally, she asked for my phone number and found the order immediately. It turned out the app had glitched and put the second order under a different name, but since both orders were attached to the same phone number I had just provided, she likely saw it on her screen the entire time. It felt like she was intentionally making the situation difficult rather than simply handing me the item I had paid for. Management needs to address this level of laziness and hostility toward customers.

  Worst service! Had to wait 30 mins for 2 carry-out pizzas! Did not honor Veterans Day discount.😡

  This place is a joke! I ordered for a pick up bundle being on a budget. I payed online, it asked for a tip, I declined considering I was low on cash and wasting my gas to go get the pizza. The next day I received a message from my bank that my ordered amount was updated?! Someone had given themselves a tip without my permission. I called Pizza Hut in regards of the matter with a response that a manager would call me. NEVER received a call back. Thank goodness my bank took it as a fraudulent charge. The girl with pink hair needs to be fired…. NEVER again will we order form this place. How the hell are you going to help yourself stealing money from other people and Pizza Hut allowing it to happen????? Pizza Hut has gone to shit!

  Walked in three people behind the counter.No, one even said hello or anything.Why they were talking fifteen minutes later.They finally asked what I needed won't be coming back to this pizza hut felt like they didn't want me here in the first place

  Do NOT order from this place. I deliver with uber and DoorDash and had an order tonight for pick up. When I called, a man answered asking for the number when I gave it to him he said he wasn’t at the store sorry at was seriously high. I called back and a woman answered, I told her I was trying to pick up the order for my customer and she said that it was almost ready and they’d bring it out. I waited 15 minutes. When I called her back she said it was already picked up by someone else. The dine in was closed, she never told me to go to the drive through to pick up she said it’s would be ready soon and they’d bring it out. When I told her about the man she said the had no men working that night but they did. This place is paying around with people trying to work. Pizza Hut do better and hire people who know what they are doing. Not happy!
