  They told us the wait would be 8-10 minutes it took 25 minutes to receive my order so much so I lost my appetite and did not want to eat the food when we received it. They took care of all the Door dash people first. Carry out regular people are not their priority so go to Ferro’s pizza instead!!! Also the pizza is doughy and a large pizza costs 21 dollars and not worthwhile. A frozen pizza from Aldis will satisfy better. Do not waste your money or time on this experience.

  I truly believe reviews are important because they help us understand how businesses treat their customers. As someone who works a very busy job, I look forward to my little “cheat days” on Fridays and Saturdays. This week I decided to treat myself to Pizza Hut, but I accidentally confused the Pizza Hut app with Little Caesars. I didn’t realize the mistake until I arrived at the store. When I walked in, there were two women at the register. One of them, who was taller, was incredibly kind. She laughed with me about the mix-up, and we joked about it. It made an embarrassing moment feel lighthearted, and I really appreciated her warmth. The other employee, however, was much colder. I tried to joke with her as well and even complimented her hair and glittery eye makeup, but she didn’t respond or acknowledge me. I brushed it off at the time and figured maybe she was having a long day or was the one who answered my earlier phone calls and felt annoyed. She ended up being the one who checked me out. When I got home, I realized my wings were missing the garlic parmesan sauce. Thankfully, I had time on my lunch break to return. When I went back, the same employee took the box without making eye contact, didn’t apologize for the mistake, and simply added the sauce in the back before handing it back to me. There was no acknowledgment, no courtesy, and no “have a nice day.” As a Black woman, I couldn’t help but wonder if there was something more behind the coldness I experienced. I never want to assume the worst about someone, but when basic courtesy is missing, it does make you question things. At the very least, I believe everyone deserves kindness and professionalism, especially in customer service. I’ve lived in this area for almost six months and this was my first visit to this location. After this experience, I can understand why the rating sits where it does. I truly hope this feedback encourages better training and reminds everyone how much small acts of courtesy can impact someone’s day.

  I gave this restaurant a 1 star because as a delivery driver, when we accept an order - time is money - and it seems like after several deliveries here it's the same thing every time... They don't start making the order until we arrive. This makes an order which was halfway decent become completely unworthy for the time spent.

  I’m not gonna lie, this has to be by far the worst Pizza Hut but it’s the closest one to our house and the only one with a drive-thru. The thing is, they screw up your order at almost every visit. The last 5 times we went, we have gotten either the wrong pizza entirely, breadsticks INSTEAD of pizzones, or cold pizza. One time they made our pizzone with only cheese inside (they are not even sold that way lol). It’s honestly kind of out of control. Why do we keep going back? Honestly? We mainly only go because we gotta get a quick meal with a drive thru cause my son is sleeping in his car seat . But yeah, I’d recommend going to any other pizza place or Pizza Hut unless you are in The same situation we are lol

  Truly couldn’t believe the horrible attitude from the only server on the floor today (older blonde woman) Never got her name but she was nasty from the moment we walked in. Annoyed by my mother in law telling her our party size which was 12. Plenty of tables available I guess she couldn’t be bothered to put two tables together. Then she sets up a table for ten and insisted it was twelve…. But ok… she Absolutely ruined the experience and made our entire party feel uncomfortable. My husband heard her several times say inappropriate things towards the guests under her breath and was just genuinely annoyed by having to do her job. I’ve worked in hospitality for most of my life, and I understand people have bad days but I don’t think I’ve ever had a more rude waitress in all my life. Wish I got her name but do better!
