Was here Jan 12 for mine and my mother's bday, My filet mignon, mashed potatoes, and somehow steakhouse mac and cheese came out cold-warm and for a birthday dessert we were told We could pick from our choice of dessert and then later was told they would only give us one scoop of ice cream each, of which we later received a bowl of melted ice cream and was told somebody put it under the heater. I heard this location just opened up, and based on my first experience there I would say shut it right back down because I'm not going back. Let the manager know this experience was a joke and I hold them personally accountable for it. Additionally, I respectfully asked for bread for my to-go container which doesn't seem like a hard ask for a successful corporation, and they must not have cared enough to have brought it out or must be really struggling because I didn't see the waitress after I asked except for to bring us the boxes as if to say get out

On New Year's eve my wife, daughter and I went to Outback for dinner. We knew that it being New Year's eve that we would have to wait and they would be busy. Our server Ashley was absolutely awesome and did a fantastic Job, we really had a great time with her making jokes and small talk, you can tell she is a seasoned pro. Speaking of seasoned the meals were excellent as always. People need to learn on Holidays to chill out and not give the Team a hard time because you have to waite for a table or your food my God the place was filled to capacity and dozens more waiting to sit down. Remember all good things come to those who wait.

My husband and I both got the $14.99 three-course special. Great value. The food was good. The service was great. My only complaint was that we purchased the $12.99 chocolate cake shareable for two to go. The pictures look awesome on the menu. But what it did not show was how dry the cake was. Not edible. We also bought a couple of the $10 to-go home meals which look incredible. You spent an extra $2 for the salad and bread to go as well.

I’ve only been to Outback Steakhouse one other time and will not be back. The waitstaff was really friendly (only reason it’s two stars instead of one), but our overall food experience wasn’t great. We came in during a busy time and understandably the wait was rather long, however, when our food finally came out my husband’s steak was overcooked, and my shrimp was barely warm. Since we already waited so long for our food and hadn’t eaten all day, we decided not to send anything back and just to eat. After we were finished, I ordered a dessert to go. We paid and waited another 20 minutes before I finally grabbed someone (my waitress was nowhere to be seen) and said to forget the dessert and asked for a refund. The person went in the back and immediately came back out with the dessert and a coupon for a free dessert next time instead of giving me my money back. At this point I was ready to go and didn’t fight for a refund, but for the overall price of my family’s meal this was a disappointing experience. I consider myself rather patient and understanding as I was a waitress for several years, but if you have a long wait for customers, you need to make sure they’re food is cooked correctly and hot. And a to go dessert should not take more than 10 minutes to bring out. I recommend going to other nearby steakhouses.
