When I was given another cheeseburger, it appeared to be the same quality as the first, and I was unsure whether it had even been replaced. I then requested a refund. The employee responded in a dismissive and rude manner but did issue a full refund. While I appreciate receiving my refund, the overall experience was very unpleasant. The employee who appeared to be in a supervisory role was extremely rude in both tone and body language. It was clear she was unhappy at work, and her behavior made the interaction uncomfortable. This was a disappointing experience.
