  I gotta stop spending my hard earned money on McDonald’s! I spent an extra .80 cents on a SMALL light iced coffee with 1 pump of sugar and 1 cream. Instead I got a heavily sugar filled loaded cream drink with no visible sight of coffee! That is NOT 1 cream…more like 4 and tastes about 4 pumps of sugar. Diabetes in a cup! Undrinkable and going in the trash.

  You say you record for service improvement, we'll your manager with the bad hair stylist needs service improvement. Didn't deliver my food to the table. Yelled across restaurant asking if im waiting for something. She had no problem being loud when joking with employees in kitchen but my food sits on the counter and didn't let me know. Then tells me I can leave cuz she isn't gonna argue with me.

  I come here once a week. To hang out with some friends, And i order the same thing each time. I just order 2 big fries. But it's always a diffrent price. It would always change and it would be varied to the price of 8-15 dollars. I order the same thing. But it's always diffrent every time? The few times I asked how much are big fries. But the lady didn't even know. And she just said "ill give you medium" Or i would ask another employee and she would say that she didn't know. But just told me that i can order on the app. But the app always doesn't even get my orders through. Or I would have to ask infront. If they had gotten my order. And they just now check it. And say "Oh yeah" after I've been waiting 20 minutes for it and they haven't even checked it. And so now I had to wait longer for them to finnaly make my order. I would understand if they are busy. But there is no one else in the fast food place exepct for me and my 3 friends and 2 or 1 other person in the fast food place. But my friends get their stuff from burger king thats next across the mcdonalds. And no one is also in the drive thru. It would just be me, my friends and 2 or 1 more people sitting around in the restaurant. But they still managed to not even see my order until I asked them. And I've waited over 20 minutes for it. And even today. They asked me to get out. And kicked me out for no reason. Today I came alone. And just ordered a big frie. And I was in my phone minding my own business. And there where many other kids goofing around and yelling and making a mess and being disrespectful. While I was near the corner by myself eating my fries and minding my own business. When they kicked me out. For no reason. The girl just said "Im going to have to ask you to leave" I said if may I ask why? And she said "no." So I was like, oh okay, and I left confused and pissed off. I didn't do anything wrong and I wasn't even there for a long period of time. And I ordered some fries? I didn't do anything? And the place wasn't even packed or getting packed? So I wasn't sure why I was kicked out. And the last times I went here. I also didn't do anything wrong. My friends aren't troublemakers. We don't do anything and we don't make a mess and we don't disrupt anyone's space or anything at all. But I still got kicked out and without a reason. Rude employees. Horrible service and the place is a mess. Especially today. And the whole time I was there. No one was cleaning or anything. It was disgusting.

  Wouldn’t recommend going here. This place has gone downhill over the last few years. It seems like any good worker that they had are gone now because it was NEVER this bad. My order is always wrong no matter how simple it is. it’s sad that they can’t hand out the right item no matter what without double checking it. Went there for lunch and it’s always the same rude manager who couldn’t care less.
