  This was my first and only visit to this location, and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. When I arrived at the drive-thru speaker at approximately 4:13 PM, I was told to wait, which was completely fine. I ordered two hot coffees and asked for a stuffed croissant, and the employee taking my order responded rudely, as if I should have already known it wasn’t available. I then ordered mini stuffed bagel bites, but her tone throughout the interaction made it very clear that I was inconveniencing her just by ordering. I was instructed to pull forward to the window. When I arrived at the first window, no one acknowledged me, so I moved to the second window assuming that was where I needed to be. The cashier then abruptly opened the window and rudely told me I needed to go back to the first window. I ended up parking and going inside to complete my order. What was confusing is that once inside, the cashier was able to take my card and cash me out at the back register—something that apparently couldn’t be done when I was at the “wrong” window. The employee who prepared my order also seemed to have an attitude when placing it on the counter. I can’t express how frustrating it is to be treated this way at a coffee shop—somewhere customers go for a quick, pleasant experience. It felt like I was an inconvenience simply for wanting coffee and a snack. Customer service was extremely lacking, and because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

  I’ve put off writing this review because most of your staff are excellent. However, I feel it’s important to share a recurring issue with one specific employee who worked today, 02/05/26. I arrived at 4:08 AM and did not receive my order until 4:22 AM, despite only ordering a coffee and a wake-up wrap. This has happened on multiple occasions when she is working. Additionally, she is consistently the only employee who does not have bagels ready for sandwiches during early morning hours And her coffee is never that great. There have been multiple times where I purposely skip going when I know she is the only one working. I should’ve gone against my better judgment this morning. I want to emphasize that I do not experience these issues with any other staff members. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and addressed appropriately.

  It was a nice place but the service was terrible. We walked in and waited maybe ten minutes and no one was in Dunkin donuts and not a hello or be right with you. There were two cats in the drive thru. Dunkin donuts all around has gone down hill. 7

  DD is my go-to for coffee and a quick snack or meal. Prices are good and using the app is the best.
