  Normally this location is good but today I waited THIRTY minutes for my mobile order that was literally just an iced coffee. I placed it for pickup through the drive thru. There was one car ahead of me that ended up having trouble shifting gears, so I decided to go inside and wait in line. Two people ahead of me inside. The first order took so long - the customer was just buying gift cards and the employee was having trouble with them. By the time I got my mobile order (ordered at 330, in my hand at 4pm sharp) the car ended up moving in the drive thru and 3 people had gone through and gotten their orders, two people in front of me and one BEHIND me in line inside had all gotten their orders. I am SO annoyed with the inefficiency here. Half of the employees are incompetent. It’s coffee; it’s not hard.

  Ordered a Bacon Jam grilled Cheese they make top bread burned, cheese not even melted.. they said because jam is cold that why bottom is cold. No is not.. Other Dunkin make it perfect

  Everything about this place is great, Kayla makes it so much better! She’s always happy and kind whenever we come get our dunkin 🫶 she’s the best

  Absolutely terrible experience. The staff here is rude and completely incompetent. Employees were texting on their phones while I was ordering, barely acknowledging me, and acting like customers were an inconvenience. I was straight-up ignored while trying to order, with zero professionalism or basic courtesy. If you don’t want to do your job or interact with customers, don’t work in customer service.

  So if you have the dunkin' donuts app and you pre-order and when you get to the window they still tell you to pull up because it's not ready what is the advantage of pre-ordering. And only one car pulls up behind you....
