Today my mother stopped at 1:30. Messed up her drink twice. Handed her coffe then her tea was wrong. The donuts she got are stale. I worked at dunkin; even if you had them made off site they should not be this hard on the edges like these at 1:30. They are STALE. Not acceptable. People work too hard today to waste money.

Very misleading and falsely advised within the store. They wouldn't refund the difference and we were told to contact the manager via telephone and were told there was no manager on site.
