She’s claimed that they don’t have frappe‘s so she’s like do you want a frozen or latte I said iced coffee, but she said she couldn’t hear me either way. I assumed a latte was still an iced coffee same thing so when I put my code, she said it didn’t work. I got a latte You’re supposed to put a iced coffee I thought that was the same thing and so she I told her can I make it in an iced coffee and she proceeds to ignore me and took the card out my mom’s hand. like if I was gonna pay for it, I would’ve gotten a smaller or I wouldn’t even get anything. I just want to drive off but it’s supposed to be free today like I don’t know why she’s acting like that. She just wanted the money for real. Bad service though and was rude. was not patient at all. white woman to be exact tall not that other lady with her, but her.

I came into the location recently because I wasn't passing another dunkin on my way and it was just for a coffee.... The girl working the window goes "Are you going to ip us or not" as she hands the card payment machine out the window because now they accept tips. EXCUSE ME? "are you going to tip us or not?" How freaking entitled do you have to be to be okay with saying that!?!?!? Like I work in bars and I would NEVER say anything like that to a customer. Also you work at Dunkin Donuts where you get orders wrong all the time... and you expect people to tip!?!? This world is out of control. Staff need a serious change
