    There’s a Starbucks and a good Dunkin a little further down the road. This place is easily the worst Dunkin in existence. Take 10 minutes to make two drinks, forget the straws, and the staff treat the customers like we’re the problem.

    I pulled up to drive-through window first I got my coffee wrong and when I told him something was missing out of it, they caught an attitude and then they proceeded to shove the drink into my hand. I asked somewhere the other part of my order was he rolled his eyes slammed the drive-through window and was complaining. I always have an issue when I go to that store on my way to work and then the other crew proceeded to laugh And snicker

    as a previous barista for 6 years, my only advice to this establishment is that when a customer is kindly explaining their drink is incorrectly typed in (by a clearly new employee) and made wrong due to how it was typed in, don't cop an attitude out of the drive thru window. you act like this coffee comes out of your paycheck, it is NOT THAT SERIOUS girl. my fault for passing my typical dunkin' and stopping here, that's on me. screaming at customers to feel validated that you didn't make a mistake, is insane behavior. also, you remade my drink again and its still wrong. worst $8 and 25 mins ive wasted in my 30 years of living. i hope your tuesday gets better and maybe you find a job you actually like :) xoxoxo
