  So my wife wakes up this morning (2/28/26) says she's going to dunkin to get herself coffee aswell as donuts for our kids. My wife proceeded to ordered her coffee and then tried to order 4 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles ( my wife was told they only have 4 left) they refused to sell my wife the 4 donuts with no explanation. Now I have 2 kids very upset because for whatever reason they REFUSED to sell 4 donuts to a PAYING COSTUMER. Will never come back to this location again and will take my business and money elsewhere. You guys need to tighten up and just do your job by selling donuts and coffee The staff is always great the girl taking my wifes order was such a sweetheart but had to ask her manager / gm for permission and was told no. Which is absolutely ridiculous

  Best part of my visit was the pup cup of whipped cream. Got the $5 special with egg and cheese wrap, hash browns and coffee. Asked for a Boston Cream Donut, they had none so subbed a Bavarian cream donut. Changes the donut to a chocolate frosted. Came with sprinkles and was STALE. Hot food was not prepared fresh, and not very hot either. Lackluster visit. This stop is right down the road from me and I had hoped to sub it for McDonald's. The coffee was hot and correct. When they were done passing me my order in 3 different stages, I waa told to "Move!" I guess you can't check your order. One car behind me. Probably won't go back.

  Love the staff. Cindy the manager always specially makes my family bagel twists fresh upon request.

  Staff was friendly enough, but nearly $16 for stale donuts was not a good deal. Walmart has fresher donuts, but lacks the variety. However they are not $16 either. Preferred Dunkin when they made the donuts at the location now it is like day old donuts every time.
