- KSkimm shaw6 days ago1.0We went through the drive thru for some after dinner coffee. Instead of being greeted we got more of a "what do you want" attitude. Then an "ok, drive around". All things I could forgive if we hadn't been served cold coffee. Literally like the pot had been sitting off for the last hour or more. We were already a few miles away because we expected the coffee needed to cool a bit before we drank it. Almost turned around, but it's just not worth the hassle to deal with.

I called the place, and there was no apology, just excuses. "get your resolution through the app" is what the guy told me. Seriously, Dunkin, do better!!

I originally told them no bacon before I knew they had no condiments and then asked go ahead and have the bacon to make it a little moister and the guy complained and said I already made it so I said never mind if it would bother him too much. They did put it on. It was burnt in places. There wasn't enough bacon to have a taste and even half of it. I threw most of it away. The potatoes were cold, not crispy the coffee, however, was fine, it's ridiculous that it's so poor quality.

I’m not one to complain but when you ask to speak with a manager about an issue THE MANAGER always has a nasty attitude. No people skills at all. Just rude and dismissive. Cindy you are an awful human being.
