There were a small amount of times I've come here where I had sub-par service, like getting an overly-salted burrito, or getting smaller portions than usual, but 9/10 times it's been fine. The atmosphere is always pretty chaotic though, so I'd opt-out of eating inside. And honestly, think a majority of these reviews are overly negative for a fast-casual restaurant. If you come in, are polite to the workers, and keep expectations low, you shouldn't be too disappointed.

They get mad while preparing your food. They rush you and they’re a bunch of young kids. Maybe you guys want to hire a mature group of people. They are rude. They’re nasty. They rush you. They don’t change their gloves. I literally saw this girl with blonde hair cleaning the mess off of the counter with her gloves and then start preparing food. That was disgusting.

My God that chicken was so SALTY I couldn't even eat it.. I was so pissed as I was shopping for the day and heading home to enjoy my meal.. I couldn't.. And when I say salt it's the kind of salt that instantly makes your blood pressure rise.. I could not believe the amount of salt was in my meal.. It was so unbearable.. Is there no quality control!? .. And if so how could you let this pass.. If there were any customers with serious health issues this would be a very BIG problem.. The WORST take out experience to date.. Unacceptable!!!!
