    Completely wrong pickup order and poorly made food. It was as if they did not read what we actually ordered and just put in whatever they wanted. They did not put anything we asked for, it was entirely random and we paid extra for guac and queso on both, which we did not receive. We had to go back and tell them and they made us go through the line and completely reorder. They offered us chips and queso, the chips were stale. So horrible.

    No attempt from staff to connect. AI shows more emotion than these people which is scary. Felt like I was just an object on the belt of a processing plant. Not to mention you get bent over the barrel for what they charge you. I know if you want double meat it’s extra, but $23 for double steak and a bag of chips?? Thankfully I get two meals out of this.

    Thank you so much for being so understanding about our Gluten Allergies and getting food from the back and changing gloves! Staff was kind and considerate! Food was fresh and tasty! Clean location! Might be Chipotle in Tampa Bay Area!!
