When they first opened their doors, their customer service was amazing and the food was perfect. . . . . NOW, I have chosen to avoid this place for the last 6 months because it has gone downhill. Whether you go in the place in person or whether you order through Uber eats you will always be disappointed!! It really comes down to customer service! They either need to hire new management, or new weekend staff. I know this location isn't very busy but shutting your doors early isn't going to help anything, especially when the staff is uncaring and just blows you off without apology when they lock up the store early with a sticky note detouring you to drive thru. Surprise, there's no service at the drive thru either. . . . and no apology on the intercom. If you decide to give this location a chance avoid Sunday evenings. You'll ALWAYS BE DISAPPOINTED.

He finished making the order he was working on and then turned around and walked to the back, he still did not say a word. He was in the back room when we gave up and left. We went to the one in springhill at the Walmart and while there was only one person who was working we still got greeted and told it would be a min before he could get to us which is fine, at least we knew he was going to help us when he could. Just to be clear this was the one on little rd by fox hallow Dr in the publix parking lot. Since I love in between the two I will definitely be using the second one we went too.
