  I ordered Charley's last night and because of a time issue, it was last minute. Online, it said they deliver now so I was excited I didn't have to use Uber eats. Looking at the menu, I was excited they had a deal for 2 small cheese steaks for $12 so I was in. I also got boneless wings. After putting in my order, I then realized that it was going to take a while and the delivery time was 45 minutes or more from putting in my order. I thought this pretty crazy since it's 10-15 minutes from my house, but since I was out of options and my poor fiance was starving and working all day and already on his way home, I decided to leave it. Despite my better judgement. They then sent a text when it was supposed to be delivered telling me that my " door dasher " just picked it up and my new delivery time was 10:08, which was now 24 minutes past when the other delivery was supposed to be. I was fuming and we were starving. This is not okay!! And as I suspected, our food was cold by the time it arrived. I had also received a text with door dasher info, it so I thought, and when reaching out, it went threw a third party message first. I like the food here, but this service was complete crap. Obviously, we were too tired and too hungry to deal with it last night so we just microwaved the food and went to bed. It's really a shame I had to write a review but others should know, you may as well just go get it because if not, you'll wait over an hour to eat!

  This place always served fresh, hot sandwiches quickly, just like you'd find at any Charleys. The few here claiming the exact opposite must be local competitors (which aren't at all good, by the way). We ordered here dozens of times and it was always perfect; I can't say the same about most other restaurants (fast food or not) in this area. It's also a pretty new location, so it's a real shame if it doesn't re-open.

  The workers are nice, it’s always clean, and I don’t usually have issues with my order. I had an issue with the manager/owner of the establishment. She should not be working in customer service. Even to loyal regulars, she does not seem to be there to please customers. Her attitude is horrid. I always pray she’s never there when I stop by. You’ll know who I’m talking about if you see her. “The customer is always right” is not her motto. She will gladly stand there and argue with you, then say, “This won’t be done again” if it needs to be remade. It seems like other people have had this issue, too, so maybe she should take the hint!!!! 2 stars knocked off for ruining my day and hence ruining my meal for me. Most of the sandwich is in the fridge.

  We just picked up a mobile order this evening, and the woman at the drive thru around 9:30pm was an absolute sweetheart. We haven’t eaten the food yet, but even if it’s horrible, the service made up for it. Thank you for being a decent human, it’s hard to come by! :)
