The few here claiming the exact opposite must be local competitors (which aren't at all good, by the way). We ordered here dozens of times and it was always perfect; I can't say the same about most other restaurants (fast food or not) in this area. It's also a pretty new location, so it's a real shame if it doesn't re-open.

She should not be working in customer service. Even to loyal regulars, she does not seem to be there to please customers. Her attitude is horrid. I always pray she’s never there when I stop by. You’ll know who I’m talking about if you see her. “The customer is always right” is not her motto. She will gladly stand there and argue with you, then say, “This won’t be done again” if it needs to be remade. It seems like other people have had this issue, too, so maybe she should take the hint!!!! 2 stars knocked off for ruining my day and hence ruining my meal for me. Most of the sandwich is in the fridge.
