  So - we ordered over the phone because the online service was unavailable. I called in and placed an order the 20 boneless/bone in combo with large tots. My husband drove out 25 min- order was incorrect. Called in. They told me they don’t do online orders over the phone ( which is fine ) however my order was still incorrect from what I placed. After being transferred twice I got the manager Darnell. He remedied the issue above and beyond. My husband drove back because he really wanted all his wings. The manager definitely made it correct and we appreciate it because that drive back and forth twice is a lot. So thank you Darnell!

  Other than our server Alex ( the only pleasurable part of this experience) This establishment leaves a lot to be desired. My friend's and family suffered a great loss and gathered here. The staff was rude unwilling to accommodate our needs Poor customer service.

  When you dine in, the food is great — but the service is consistently bad. When you order takeout, the food quality drops and the service is still terrible. For example, I ordered 20 wings and was given half a sauce. I politely asked for an additional sauce in a larger container, and the staff member just handed me another almost-empty ranch cup and walked away before I could even respond, as if she didn’t want to hear anything from me. It honestly feels like there are two completely different kitchen teams: dine-in food is solid, but takeout is thrown together. Another issue happened when we dined in. Our server (who was very sweet) was helping us, and another young employee came up to her — in front of us — and said, “You’re taking my table.” That should NEVER be said in front of customers. It was extremely unprofessional and made both us and the waitress uncomfortable. Whoever owns or manages this place really needs to step in and properly train their staff. The food has potential, but the lack of professionalism ruins the entire experience.

  Everything was amazing except the music was way too loud. I still gave 5 stars because the mushroom Swiss burger was one of the best burgers my daughter and I ever had! The wings had great flavor but I don't like breaded wings. I said I wanted them saucy thinking that would be without breading but I know for next time. Ali our server was such a sweetheart and we had excellent service!

  So, my recent visit to retrieve a pre-placed take-out order was significantly compromised by operational inefficiencies & a substandard employee conduct. The order, which was confirmed as ready for collection upon arrival, incurred an unexpected delay, resulting in a 15-minute wait time. The core issue centered on a specific staff member whose actions demonstrated a critical failure to uphold teamwork & effective time management protocols. The positive news is that there were three colleagues of his whom attempted to intervene & expedite the order process.I really appreciated seeing this. Unfortunately, all three of them were actively prevented from providing assistance by the one male staff member handling my to go order. Furthermore, I was assured by him that the order required only "three minutes" for bagging when I first arrived. The truth was the food items were not, in fact, finished cooking. I also feel this employee's actions exhibited a lapse in customer prioritization. He elected to focus on fulfilling orders for non-present customers, directly neglecting the late order as I stood waiting at the counter. When I questioned the delay 10 minutes into the wait, the employee offered an unprofessional & dismissive response, citing an implausible queue of "30 orders" are ahead of yours & it's just me doing all of it. By the way the entire restaurant was empty & 3 employees tried to help & he turned them all away. This experience was unacceptable. Given the service observed, I have concluded that I will not utilize this business again. I strongly recommend that management immediately reinforce training regarding cross-team collaboration with the male employee who handled my to go order. Please guide him on what transparent communication of order delays are, & how important customer prioritization is to ensure advertised pickup timeframes are met. Thank you kindly to the managers for taking the time to review this information.
