    Service at the drive through is horribly slow. On this particular day, my wife went through the drive thru and paid cash. She was owed 2 cents. I know, not a big deal. But how the staff handled it was unacceptable. They blamed the “government” for not having enough pennies. The bill was $9.08. My wife gave them a ten and a dime. She should have received $1.02 back. Instead, they gave her a dollar. They then said they “rounded up” her bill to avoid providing her with pennies. They gave her a buck back. When she argued the point, they said “we don’t give refunds”. My wife had been through this with Bealls as well- ripping her off for pennies- but when you think about it (like Office Space), if this is done regularly enough for long enough of a time, they end up making a lot of money across the board from spare change they slight the customer. After arguing for a bit, guess what…they got two pennies and gave her the proper change. This whole “penny shortage” nonsense is being played out by merchants who are too lazy to order pennies for their drawers, as the banks are quite clear that there are plenty of pennies in circulation to provide adequate change. This is just a plot to get everyone to go cashless. But ripping off the consumer is wrong, regardless of the end result. The way she was treated at this Arby’s we will never return. Their food is average, hence the three stars. Would have given the food a higher rating if the service was on par. But anyone who has been through this drive thru before knows they are slow as molasses.

    Placed an order through the app , when we got there they didn't have what the mobile app advertised which was the french dip bread which was all the sandwiches on the order and did not have the French onions

    I got t the store at 9:50am and pulled on the door like an idiot. Sign says they open at 10am- so we waited outside since I needed Arby’s today and it was nice out. 9:59 rolled around and a woman came and opened the door for a gentleman to come out. She then looked directly at me and said, “I’m only opening the door to let him out, we don’t open until 10.” She’s then closed and locked the door. I looked at the gentleman and said she knows it’s 9:59 right? And he said “I tried to tell her that” We waited for her to stand there and stair at us for the remainder of the 12 seconds left that belonged to 9:59… then had to wait for her to unlock the door again… Like what…… I could understand if you were behind and doing something… but just to stair at me out the door is a bit deserving of a 1 star. I’d recommend customer service training courses. Her name is Merc…. :)

    Horrible food ice cold 24 minutes app said 6 min to get beef and cheddar with no cheddar manager was beyond Rude. Tried to get a refund online and the app won't let you process
