  Just paid $26 for milkshakes which is okay, but I had to wait 25 mins maybe even more for 3 milkshakes. They taste good but what makes it more difficult is that we had to to pull up which I don’t mind but the workers took care of maybe 5 cars in all of 5 minutes? I don’t understand. Finally got the shakes with not even a sorry, 😢 sorry Dunkin

  I had such a great experience today, nice gentleman gave my kids some donuts. Overall very good service i will be coming back again

  I stopped going to other locations and only go to this one now. One of the ladies there has made my drink the last few times and it's been delicious everytime 👍🏻

  Very poor service, unprofessional. Spent $60 got order all wrong. Ask for 2 bacon avacado toast. Got no bacon! Went back to them and gave me almost raw bacon !! Went and ask about it and gave me a whole attitude about it. Young black dude with hair twisted. Talking about if I want too go to a different location.. so yeah. Never again to this location and it be reported to corporate!!!

  This had been my go to dunkin for a while now, but after today probably will be finding a different one to go to. What started as a simple issue of an incorrect 75cent charge, was taken waaaay out of hand by the manager/shift lead, whoever she was. Ordered a caramel coldbrew with cold foam w/ espresso shot, asked them to ring it up as the actual coldbrew with cold foam option (they usually try to ring it in as a regular coldbrew add cold foam which costs more) they fix it, but then right before I pull off I noticed they still charged me 75 cents for the cold foam. Which is NOT how it’s supposed to be rung in, the drink comes with cold foam, it’s not supposed to be an extra charge, and yes contrary to what the guy at the window and his shift lead said it was extra since it showed the price next to it, same as the espresso shot showed a price next to it bc it was EXTRA. Anyway, sit in line for nearly 15 min bc they had somebody else at the window for a longtime for whatever reason. I get up there and try to let them know they charged me wrong, the kid at the window tries to tell me that’s how it’s supposed to be (at this point I’m about to be late for work bc I’ve sat in line so long) so I tell him it’s not a big deal I’ll just pay for it it’s jus 75cents. He still turns around and goes and gets his shift lead (okay fine maybe it’s policy maybe he didn’t wanna get in trouble whatever) takes them 7 MINUTES standing at the computer until the shift lead finally opens the window and just starts the conversation with pure attitude, “FIRST OF ALL the drink is supposed to be charged like that, but I already fixed it for you” and tbh I just cut her off at this point and told her I already told them I’d pay for it and I’m going to be late for work so please just let me pay. So she sighs dramatically and hands me the card reader and slaps her leg and says “let’s just get her out of here🙄” (still charged me for the 75cents but that’s neither here nor there) and look I get people have bad days, but I’m having a bad day too and I’m not the one getting paid to be nice to people, and I had been nice up until her attitude. So lesson for this dunkin? Train your people better. On systems and on customer service. (Oh and almost forgot, my drink didn’t even have my espresso shot in it. So yeah🙃)
