  I waited the drive-thru lane for 25 minutes tonight. Much of that time must have been a problem with the order for the car in front of me. I saw the owner's head sticking out the window refunding their money. When I reached the window, I waited another three minutes while the owner and his wife had a heated discussion inside the window with two other employees. The line employees here are usually good, but the management team needs to go back to kindergarten. He and she are both surly despite any attempt to engage them with friendliness.

  Horrid drive through experience. Avoid this location. Our chocolate extreme blizzard was more vanilla than anything. We asked them to kindly re-make (Did it 8 years at a Dairy Queen I worked at) but they said we were wrong. They’d charge us more to add chocolate and they could only add it to the side. This is not true. They then took 12 minutes while the drive thru piled up to issue us our refund. They also messed up the refund. Ridiculous waste of time and horrible customer service. I’d like to speak with management.

  Everything was great and the chicken was pretty amazing too. I liked my strawberry shortcake blizzard but I definitely am going back to get the eggnog one that I just saw on the wall. I love eggnog and now we can get some out of season 😁

  I went through the drive-thru and ordered food for me and my girls. I forgot that I wanted an extra honey mustard and ask for one which the lady at the window said ok. I parked to wait for my food and when I got it, the extra honey mustard wasn't there. So, I went inside where the manger was working the register and asked for one. He said it cost .53 cents. I didnt have my wallet on me, so i turned around to get it but then mentioned that someone already told me I could get one. The manager ultimately gave me the honey mustard bit not before calling me a liar. I mean, seriously? Over .53 cents? That's insane to treat your paying customer like that over .53 cents.
