  Staff has been noticeably rude on the multiple occasions I’ve eaten here. It costs literally nothing to be kind. Do better.

  Don’t come to this Chipotle unless you want to be racially profiled or if you’re a girl. Came into this chipotle on hockey bogo day and as soon as we walked up we noticed that the worker was being to rude to the customer in front of us who happened to not be white and then she was immediately rude to us as well. As we were ordering our food she continued to be rude even after we were passed onto the next worker (asking what else i was getting on my bowl with an attitude). We then noticed that she was being nice to everybody else which included white men except the man working the line (if you’re picking up what i’m putting down)! So we aren’t sure if it’s because we aren’t white or if it’s because we aren’t men but if i come into this Chipotle again and she’s there i’ll be walking out.

  After a really frustrating experience at another location, this Chipotle on US-19 in New Port Richey completely turned the night around. From the moment I walked in, the difference was obvious. The staff was attentive, professional, and actually seemed to care about the customers in front of them. Even later in the evening, they were still cooking fresh food instead of cutting corners, which made a huge difference in quality. Everything was well-stocked, fresh, and prepared the way it should be. The line moved smoothly, and the employees handled orders efficiently without making customers feel rushed or overlooked. This location genuinely saved the night for me. It’s clear they take pride in what they’re doing, and it shows. I’ll definitely be coming back here instead of the other locations nearby.

  Very nice people! Always making fresh food I have gone in a few times in the late night just hours before close and still making sure to provide food food! I asked for a sample of the new sauce the manger has no problem with it at all was very willing. Everyone has a smile on there face and ready to service you! Will be keeping to this location! Thank you for all the workers! Keep being you! :)

  As this was the first time I've been to Chipolte, I was unsure of what to expect. The service was amazing as they took time to explain my mother aboutbuilding her tacos and then were quite friendly constructingy burrito bowl. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, leading to a delicious meal. I would highly recommend Chipotle to anyone.
