  This store is an absolute disgrace. I went in there because I was really looking forward to a good old-fashioned real ce cream banana split sunday. The worker was exceedingly kind, friendly and honest, I could tell before they even said anything that they had almost no ice cream and the tubs that were there were old and almost empty. They were selling coffee through the Dunkin drive through, but I stood there for over 5 minutes before I was even noticed. The worker was very polite. However, they explained they had no bananas, no brownies and the only sauces that they had for a sunday were the caramel or the chocolate that they could use from the coffee side. This isn't a baskin Robins. This is a coffee house that used to be an icecream place. Almost every one of the containers was empty and it was supposed to be an ice cream store. So my best advice is don't go there because there simply is no ice cream. The worker was very nice, very polite and was apologizing profusely, because they did not have anything to sell me. That is a very uncomfortable position for any owner to put their employee in .I mean, we want an ice cream store.Not another starbucks knockoff.

  I waited in the lobby for what seemed like forever just for the employees not to even acknowledge me. I left. Plus one of the employees keeps sneezing and coughing. Don’t waist your time patronizing this location. They do not want your business!

  I would give zero stars If I could. It took forever for the guy to make one two scoop sundae. And, when I did get it, it was messy and sloppy with chocolate fudge squished out of the sides, no whipped cream, no cherry. When I ask about the whipped cream and cherry, the guy looked at me confused and I told him the whipped cream and cherry comes on the sundae. He looked at the messy sundae and knew he couldn't fit whipped cream and cherry on it and asked me would I mind if I didn't have a top on it. I told him that was okay and drove off. Definitely would not recommend this ice cream place.

  Last night I went through the drive thru for a sweet treat. It took well over 10 minutes to be greeted by an employee and the car in front of me Who had been waiting much longer than me decided to finally exit the drive-through before being helped by an employee. I waited patiently to be helped and when it was finally my turn, the employee told me they were sold out of a component of what I wanted so I pivoted and went for a large Oreo milkshake. When I pulled up to the window, I could see that she was having a lot of trouble getting the Oreo ice cream out of its container to make a milkshake. I noticed that when she went to go make the milkshake, there was not nearly enough ice cream in the blender and when she finally handed me the milkshake after I drove away, I realized the bottom third of the cup had ice at the bottom. She blended ice milk, and ice cream to make this milkshake. I’m assuming because she didn’t have enough Oreo ice cream in that case I would’ve told the customer that we were out of that as well or I would add vanilla ice cream into the mix. Why on earth would anyone put ice in a milkshake? I was drinking cold Watery milk. Between the wait time and the buffoonery I saw in the milkshake making department. I will not be bringing my business back here.

  Okay I don't know how to say this anymore politely other than the fact that people that are working here at this is this particular Baskin-Robbins seem to act as though they forgotten the rule of go to work first and then eat the edible! All I wanted was two scoops of ice cream with some chocolate sauce on top and the girl was like oh well no and I'm not sure No I don't think we have any of that No and then the guy was equally bad He's like we don't have anything to make that with. What?? I can see why it got the poor rating before I'm sorry to have to add mine but it is what it is.
