When I scanned my rewards for chips and guacamole, Nicholas did not provide them until I specifically asked. When he did, the items were thrown across the counter rather than handed to me, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, I ordered a burrito and the tortilla had an unusual texture and taste that reminded me of play dough, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Overall, while the cleanliness met expectations, the customer service and food quality did not.

I don't appreciate having to ask for more on every single scoop. Many don't know how to wrap burritos either, they try to do a pita wrap. Please fix both of these items, ASAP, or I'll just go to Moes, which provides solid portions and better pricing.
