  Holy Smokes is Panara EXPENSIVE for what you get. My mom and I ate there yesterday and ordered the pick 2 and paid Olive Garden prices for our lunch, but the food was not great at all and half the quantity. They have beautiful baked goods, also at a premium, but the way they price their menu items is really not economically competitive when you can go to other places and get better food, more food, and maybe even pay less. The employees were very friendly and the store was lovely.

  So this would be the second time i got food poisoning, from this establishment. The first time I thought it was a fluke. The second time was so bad I spent the night in the hospital. I called the store next day to let management know about it so it didnt happen to anyone else and was told I was going to be called back from a different number and not a single person has reached out. This is atrocious behavior will never recommend this panara EVER!

  Panera is Panera. Good soup and sandwich. The place was clean. But the real asset here is a sweet little lady named Katrina. We literally come to eat here just because she’s here and always cheerful, kind, and so loving. I wish we could clone her for every restaurant along the emerald coast. She really makes it a wonderful experience every time. Panera, you better never let this lady leave your employ.

  So this order was comped due to a mistake made when I last ordered. Guess what? Happened again. 2 days straight. I ordered extra feta (which costs extra) and got maybe 2 shards of feta AND I CALLED to make sure they weren’t out of feta. I am so glad I did not have to pay for this order because if I did, I’d be calling to make a complaint AGAIN. I used to order the same thing weekly. Never going back to this location again because it seems like they don’t know what they’re doing and they don’t do quality checks like they swear they do. I’m honestly so disappointed because I love Panera so just avoid this location. It’s pretty and new but STILL no one seems to know what they’re doing. Am I trippin or is this what extra feta is supposed to look like? Looks nothing like the picture to me.

  The staff her is super nice. They are very respectful and get food out super quickly. The pick 2 deals are a great value for my employees when we are on the go that I'm sure is healthier than fast food options around. This food being comparable in both speed and price. The baked potato soup had raw potatoes so would recommend that but the broccoli cheddar with green goddess chicken salad is a decent value and healthier lunch on the go alternative to fast food. And all the people who work here are super plesant!
