  Dear Wendy's, my big fat belly is chock full of great food! I've only experienced the night crew, and man can I say they're phenomenal at filling up a customer! Several times have I been left wanting more due to the delicious scrumdiddlyumptious food they provided me. The workers are awesomesauce and are the root of my happiness. Also, they're open late at night when I get off work, heck yeah. Thank you Wendy's team! P.S. Your burgers make me scream... with delight!

  My husband and I had a terrible experience at the Wendy’s in Navarre, FL (8342 Navarre Pkwy). The cashier, Haley, was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment we started ordering at the drive thru window. She kept cutting us off while we were trying to place our order, sighing loudly and saying “is that it?” every time we added something. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and had no patience for customers. Not only did she give my husband the wrong order, but while bagging our food, she was throwing the items into the bag and slamming our drinks down so hard they almost spilled. The entire interaction felt rushed, tense, and disrespectful. This is the third time we’ve given this location a chance, and every time it’s been terrible… rude customer service, cold food, and wrong orders. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of management oversight and employee training at this store. We were polite and patient the whole time, but her attitude made the experience incredibly uncomfortable. We’ve always liked Wendy’s, but this visit left a terrible impression. Management needs to address Haley’s and other staff’s behavior immediately and ensure employees are properly trained in customer service and professionalism. Looking at other reviews and local Facebook comments, it’s obvious we’re not the only ones who feel this way.

  I've visited this location a handful of times, each time I order the same sandwich and each time they make it incorrectly. Once I went in and asked them to remake it and asked the manager if there was a different way I can order it so that they understand what I'm asking he indicated I ordered it correctly. Saw it was him tonight so decided to order, well they messed it up again even though I spelled it out. Along with that all of our food was luke-warm, the burger was like chili meat and the nuggets were definitely not to temp. They smashed my sauce so it splurged all over them. I used to work in food service, I know the tricks and the childish games. Pathetic since the manager is the one who handed the bag out of the window.

  For some reason between the order kiosk and the first window, two sauces were added to my order, idk why, I didn’t ask for it, and I knew the price between the kiosk and the window was different but the girl “Ana” is what the ticket says, confirmed with me that was the price she told me, I even asked her twice, so idk if she’s adding things to peoples order or if it was just user error, either way it was only $1 extra, but I intended on using $6 for my meal, not $7 🤷‍♂️
