  We order online to pick up, so they have it right in front of them to SEE. So far, we have tried several times, hoping to get at least one order that was right!!!! Well...not yet!! They just cannot get it done!!!!

  Everytime i come through i get baconater fries. Maybe 2 times ever have they actually cut the bacon. I specifically asked this time for it to be cut. "Of course" not cut at all and its cold. Everytime i go i get more disappointed.

  The lady lady who took our order in drive-thru was very dismissive and not friendly. While we were waiting behind a car for quite some time to get up to the first window to get our food, the lady working the drive-thru in the first window was texting on her phone the entire time. When it was our turn to get to the window she continued to stand there right in front of us and text until somebody else gave her our order to hand out.

  Worst Wendys on the planet. The customer service is garbage and has been awful since they opened. Not a single employee here has been kind or smiled. I’ve worked fast food before, it sucks but you can at least fake it. Customers should be greeted. Instead employees stand behind the counter just staring and at times just talking to eachother ignoring customers. Been here multiple times while they’ve closed drive thru and have not informed customers so the line was to the highway. I like Wendy’s but every single experience I have had here has been absolutely terrible.
