- KBKayla ButtrillOct 13, 20251.0Honestly, I have never had a great meal here. I come because it is a lesser of evils when trying to eat a cleaner diet. But this review is about tipping. The tipping culture has gotten completely out of hand, and having no option to not tip is insane. Now, when in the drive through and paying via card, there is not even an option to not tip. Your options are 3 different percentages and a custom tip amount. Why am I tipping a server that doesn't even give me a total when I am ordering? It is always just "will have your total at the window" and then no total told to you, just a card reader out the window when you pull up. The drive through is bare minimum service, as most of us are choosing this because we either don't want to sit down and have to tip a server or we are in a hurry to get back to work. If I wanted to tip, I would be at the Mexican restaurant next door, not the drive through. Requiring me to tip on a service I am not receiving is enough to make me never go back.

My daughter said her smoothie was weird and she thought something was in it. We opened the lid and found Styrofoam pieces ALL OVER. These werent big pieces, they were small pieces ALL throughout her ENTIRE smoothie. It was impossible to have just been a little debris from another broken cup, this was mixed into the whole smoothie and way too much to just scoop it out. This was definitely intentional. We had the throw the entire, full-sized smoothie away.

I think I can deal with the day now 🙌😁 7-20-22: smoothie time (but still out of blueberries- don’t know why they are so hard to get at this location) anyway subbed out for strawberries and a side flatbread peanut butter banana crunch wrap. 4-5-2022: for breakfast a peanut butter flat bread and all the goodness! 6-29-1022 - needed a good breakfast treat. 2-17-2022 Love my tropical smoothies - and they open up before most other fast food breakfast places as well. Better for me and taste great. I miss the old app though; I could order and pay for it before leaving home and it would be ready. So now I just wait in the drive thru (Marissa was very quick though) so it’s okay.
