  made a rather expensive order today and purchased a large nacho fry. when i received my fries i noticed they didnt have the orange tint, i tried it anyways to realize they are just plain fries. i took them up to the front to tell them i want what i paid for and they lady told me she was out of the seasoning they have for the fries. When i got my food not one person communicated to me that there was no seasoning or else i wouldnt of bought it. Then someone proceeded to put the rest, which was about 1/4 teaspoon of powder, on to the top of my fries. didnt shake, didnt mix, didnt cover. but as we were exiting the establishment they told me they had gotten the seasoning in and asked if id like to purchase a new fry. i was disappointed because it was far past that time.

  The food here is never fresh, you go thru the line twice and get nacho fries. First time their hard as a rock. Second time still hard as a rock quesadilla is not even cut like they’re supposed to be. DO BETTER

  Let me first state that I like the food here. But I do not recommend going here after the lobby has closed at 10pm. They get incredibly busy and service is incredibly slow. I am sure there may be a valid and acceptable reason for this, but that does not change the experience. And specifically they need to come up with a solution for couriers, as we will clog the lines waiting for customer orders, assuming we choose to wait in the line that wraps around the building for 20 to 30 minutes. And I checked this time against the first message I sent to the customer.
