  bro needs to spend less time painting his nails and more time learning how to make a sandwich. my egg and cheese crossiant looked like it was in the microwave for 15 minutes. check out the other reviews. this place may be ok for coffee... but literally dangerous to eat what they serve

  Super slow service and very disorganized. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and they still forgot my munchkins. Really frustrating experience. I expected better.

  They messed up an online order, the documents were right. the contents of the order were wrong. I asked for contact from the online complaint form to get the order fixed. Never received any contact.

  You know when employees take ownership of the job given when you experience the service at this location. They are genuinely friendly and helpful every time we visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. The associate was so friendly, letting us know how much she loved making the sandwiches we ordered. When associates take ownership of their position and the job they are responsible for, you get quality products and amazing service. Thank you Dunkin of Navarre!
