I always order ahead and my coffee was made incorrectly, my bagel was hard, the boxes for the wraps were greasy and they forgot the cream cheese as well even after waiting a few extra minutes at the window, which I’m usually fine with, IF the order is right. I ordered some bagel bites yesterday as well and they were not fully heated through either. Should probably wait a few weeks to return while the new crew is being trained.
