  So where to start for a place that is proclaiming to be a true pizzeria the food does not lead up to reputation nor standard for the $86 dollars we spent on a chicken Alfredo that was clearly frozen chicken pieces like Tyson you would purchase in the freezer and a sauce you can clearly taste is jared and not made in house to the meatball sub that was also a frozen product come on if you can't make a real meatball take them off your menu to the star of the show the Stromboli frozen and canned meats and veggies not what you would expect from a pizzeria stromboli was also undercooked I say to all the people looking i would go elsewhere but that's me not worth the money

  Ordered the “mix and match” $6.99 menu ordered a 2 topping medium some wings and bread bites with one extra marinara for pickup. The lady gave me a total of $29+ change, but I just said okay and hung up. After doing the math I called back and asked why it was $7-9 more than it should be and she said it was her fault and now it’s $26+ change I hang up again tired of arguing with her. When I get there I see she still charged me extra for the larger size bread bites and didn’t include them on the mix and match even when I asked her to fix it. Get this girl some help, 7x3+1 is not 27 even with tax.

  In a recent order, I requested a thin crust pizza with light sauce, extra pepperoni. However, when I received the pizza, it was a combination of pepperoni and cheese 1/2 cheese other , and there was no extra pepperoni. I contacted the restaurant to inform them of the error in my order. Jordan, who claimed to be the general manager, assured me that my order was correct and could provide a screenshot. However, I was still unsatisfied with the pizza and wanted to receive a replacement. Jordan informed me that I could not receive free food because everyone had complained about the previous order and then agreed to a replacement. Despite my request, it took approximately one hour and forty-eight minutes for the driver to deliver an ice-cold, burnt pizza that was packaged in a box and they shock the pizza all In the box. Upon calling back, Jordan appeared to be laughing and I feel he and or driver had intentionally made the error.and I have driver 20.00 tip the 1st time for there work! As a result, I have decided to never order from this establishment. My son is unable to eat this type of pizza, and the delay caused by Jordan’s negligence is unacceptable and unprofessional and he should not be a GM no wonder why they have a bad reputation in Navarre for bad pizzas
