  I was enjoying a late lunch when an extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate situation occurred in the dining area. A manager (appearing to be the GM) entered the restaurant with another woman who did not appear to be an employee. They sat at a table near the cash register and called over a staff member. What followed was clearly a corrective or disciplinary conversation, conducted openly in front of customers and multiple employees working the counter. The manager discussed complaints, referenced “the Chipotle way,” and repeatedly used phrases like “I feel…” and “you did…” in a manner that should never take place publicly. Five employees were visibly watching, and customers—including myself—were forced to overhear what should have been a private conversation. Beyond how uncomfortable this was as a customer, my heart went out to the employee. Being corrected publicly, in front of peers and guests, is humiliating and unprofessional. No employee should be put in that position, and no customer should be subjected to it while dining. This type of interaction reflects a toxic and poorly managed environment. I truly hope the employee knows this is not how professional leadership should look—and that it doesn’t have to be this way. As for the food: it was just okay. The steak was very fatty, and I didn’t end up eating much of it. I’m sharing this not to attack, but to hold leadership accountable and to let the community know that this situation was handled inappropriately and should not be repeated.

  Undercooked rice and laughable portion size. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.

  Felt like I need to give this chipotle a review cause people seemed to hate it. I thought it was just like any chipotle except they really need more people working here, just like every chipotle in Florida. There was only one person working behind the counter during the lunch rush. Also there were some shady character customers around the soda machine where the employees couldn’t see.

  This is a pretty meh location compared to others I’ve been to. I’ve been here a few times, and not once have I ever felt really satisfied by my order. Somethings always off, and it just doesn’t hit the way other locations do. I usually get a sofritas bowl, which they always skimp on; then I order double the “meat” and on a good day, I MIGHT get what equates to a normal portion. Today I just ordered chips and queso. Got home, opened the queso and there was a hair just sitting on top. Not my hair, and couldn’t have been anyway because again, I opened the lid and this is exactly what I immediately saw. Gross. The staff is always friendly and super polite, but this location feels disorganized and lacking in quality. The hair thing grosses me out too much, so I’ll be going to Fwb instead.
