  This is by far the very worst experience ever had at a Dunkin manager dont care workers dont care just there for a check fire all of them and start over check the cameras from this morning april 11th 2026 at 910am

  We waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, and no one ever came to the pay window. After waiting that long, we finally drove up to the food window to see what was going on. The employee came to the second window and told us we had to go all the way around the drive-thru again just to pay and the line was super long. Very frustrating experience, and the employees were rude and unhelpful.

  i have no clue what happened to the workers / management but it has increasingly got worse over the past year or so. so sad :(

  I went at 11:15 and didn’t leave the drive thru til 1132?????? Over two orders of hasbrowns… (from prior experience of working at Dunkin, should take no more than 2 min.) they forgot me at that stupid second window. Poor girl who was inside said she asked if anyone was waiting still and the lady at the window said NO! Completely forgetting I was in fact STILL WAITING. After a while I ended up having to go inside. Attitudes were great. However, forgetting the customer at the second window bc u don’t wanna run up the timer at the drive thru window is absolutely ridiculous….service was TRASH. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

  We were craving donuts today so we stopped into this Dunkin. We were helped right away! The nice lady that helped us was super helpful, and managed all the kids chaotically giving her their donuts orders. All the staff were great, but we really enjoyed chatting with the lady who helped us get our donuts. They even gave us the last wedding cake ring box, which the kids loved!
