  Honestly I would recommend visiting the Pensacola location over this Navarre location if possible. Unfortunately, my experience at the Navarre restaurant was disappointing in several ways. For one just to get this out the way they genuinely gave me 5 onion rings with my order so you won’t even get your moneys worth at all there, but besides that and moving on to the IMPORTANT part, the staff was unwilling to accommodate reasonable modifications to my partners and i order without additional charges. On the menu they have cauliflower chicken and a chicken wrap, her being vegan she asked to have it with the cauliflower chicken and they told her she cannot do that and if she wanted it bad enough she can just purchase both meals, the cauliflower chicken AND the animal chicken wrap, however the pensacola location provided excellent service and had no issue doing it, in-fact they were more than understanding and accommodating of dietary preferences, including vegan requests, and are willing to modify menu items to meet customer needs without issue. That level of flexibility and customer care made for a much more positive experience, so if you like the food they have but want the great customer service and get yours moneys worth, avoid this one and just go to pensacola.

  Can't say enough about this BW3 location. Quality of food, drinks and service has always been great here. Believe me when I say we were weary of other BW3 restaurants based on past experiences, but the Navarre restaurant is the best ever. We've been going to this particular location for over a year now and it never disappoints. Tonight, shout out to Andrew, our awesome manager taking great care of us from the get go. Taleah who waited on us afterwards and was amazing. And I can't leave out our usual waiter Tristan who was wondering where we've been (Springbreak and such). The staff here has truly changed our minds about BW3.

  Good 2 for $20 values. Wish their burgers were char grilled or flame grilled. Would give them 5 stars. I go there also because they carry PEPSI products. Love caffeine free Mug Root beer

  A food runner did the stupidest thing last night. She waddled over to our table and began auctioning food off like a soulless bid caller, rattling out dishes into the air instead of doing the basic task of placing them with the people who ordered them. When she was shown no attention by my family—who were understandably confused by this bizarre little performance—she grew irritated and started mouthing off to my aunt with a kind of loud, tacky attitude that had no business being anywhere near a dining room. What should have been the simplest moment of service turned into a crude spectacle of impatience and incompetence.

  For the first time since you opened you have let me down. I have always bragged on you to friends and family and have had great experiences until last night. We ordered the 20 boneless wings and fry's combo online last night about 7:00 pm and sadly the food tasted like it had been cooked yesterday at 7:00 am and sat in the warner until 7:00pm. The wings were very overcooked and became hard nuggets of batter with very little chicken left inside. Barely any sauce on the charcoal briquettes made it even harder to eat. I can tell you from experience the fry's' were old and had been sitting in a warmer for quite a while or were old and reheated when we ordered. By the time we got home and discovered the issues with the food which was only a 10 minute dry it was after 8 o clock and not worth the issue to go back and ask for a replacement. This is not the end of the world and it will not make me a BWW hater but i wanted to share the feedback so you could make sure someone else doesn't have the same experience.
