  The customer service needs a revamp. Ordered on uber at 12:06 said it’d be ready by 12:15, got there on time and waited til 12:35 to get my order. They somehow lost my packed and ready order… inside the store, next to the register, with my name on the ticket? Questioned if I was in the wrong store but the only other tropical nearby is 8 miles away and I live in walking distance from this location. Said I “need to clarify it was from uber next time”, but I had already spoken to two people and said I had ordered from uber and told their “shift lead” it was from uber at least three times. No apology. Just a smoothie that was practically melted by the time I got in my car, and the food quality was not worth the inconvenience. The store is run by kids who’d rather point blame on their mistakes to save their embarrassment than take accountability. It’s a hit or miss with new locations.

  I've been to this location three times, once during the grand opening, which was amazing. The staff is always friendly and the smoothies taste delicious and are made well consistently. However, the food, specifically the Three Cheese Chicken, is horrible! I have ordered it twice now and am disappointed that I am paying nearly $9 for an air-fried/inflated tortilla chip. There is very limited chicken except for one cut in the middle, and barely a sprinkle of cheese. Again, this is the second time this has happened.
