  last week i came to tropical and i went to drive thru and the girl at the window was really sweet i didn't know her name but it was like blonde short hair. i ordered a sunrise sunset and it was extremely watered down the girl at the window was really sweet about it definitely recommend for customer service next time i ago ill definitely ask for her name she was very kind although each time i go its either a hit or miss because sometimes people at the drive thru are dismissive i got served by this lady with blue eyes she looked around 30 and she was rushing me out the window i asked for her name and she just said have a good day and completely ignored my question im pretty sure she is AWARE of her behavior towards customers because she did not wanna give me her name to put in this review other than that day this location is ok like i said hit or miss.
