- TBT BriciMar 29, 20261.0We are from out of town and came here with our family (group of 6) and they had an open area outside so we took it which was fine with the beautiful weather. We ordered the carnivore pizza and requested half of it just with pepperoni but when it came out they did half without pepperoni. After waiting 30min for the food the server took the pizza back to make a new one. The server did not offer water, when asked for ketchup she did not bring it, my husband had to go inside to ask for ketchup and water when the server was on her phone inside with the other servers and the resturant inside was empty. Very disappointed with the service and food was not the best. Kids chicken strips looked frozen, pizza dough is so hard, I make sourdough and this is not no sourdough dough. Not worth the hype or money!!!

We love the option for the soup, salad, and entree and we ALWAYS follow it up with the banana dessert which is an 11 out of 10. This is not one of my Naples "go to's". The same staff was also in tact from our first visit a year or so ago and that says a lot. I can't praise them enough. Absolutely wonderful.

Pizza was like thin cardboard, pepperoni was good, but most of pizza was without sauce or toppings, only the center, about 6". Local Carbonara had an unusual flavor that wasn't even finished by the person in our group who generally finishes his meals. The person who refilled our water was great. He was consistently checking and refilling. Our server was way too busy to check on us. We waited 39 minutes for our meals and about 20 minutes to get our bill. We had heard a couple good reviews. I had a burger. Not a fan of sweet pickles, but the burnt bun literally ruined any chance the burger had.
