  Service was awful! She would disappear way too much. She goofed up our order and we had to go up to the bar to fix it, then we wanted to pay and we had to track her down. I’m sorry but they had bad service

  Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the bartender Shane on 3/12/26. I sat outside at the bar and ordered a house tequila with club soda and a margarita made with house tequila as well. We arrived late, and the kitchen was no longer serving food, which was completely fine. However, when I received my bill, the total was $21. The margarita alone was listed as $15 even though it was made with house tequila. I asked Shane if there may have been a mistake because I was charged $15 for a house margarita. His response was dismissive. He mentioned that he had this issue two nights ago and said, “If anyone is charging you $8 for a drink they should be fired, and I’m not getting fired.” I come here regularly, so the way he responded felt very disrespectful. He didn’t even attempt to get a manager or understand my concern until my boyfriend stepped in because of how he spoke to me. Once Shane finally got the manager involved, the manager immediately realized that the price was incorrect. This entire situation could have been avoided if Shane had simply taken the time to listen and address the concern professionally.
