  Taylor was an amazing server for my fiancé and I. He made his dirty 30 birthday night a great start!!! I love chicken tortilla soup and I was so looking forward to it, he ensured when I didn’t get it that I was pleased and happy when I received my warm soup! 10/10 recommend Taylor all the way! Thank you for your lovely banter with my fiancé and I. You started out the birthday celebration so much better!

  TLDR: Male hostess did not provide very good service but DJ, Chris and the food made it worth the almost 2.5 hour wait. Had a large group looking to eat dinner and made it extra complex having kids and a wheelchair in the mix but reservations were understandably not available for that size party. I called and they explained they do accommodate walk ins but there may be a wait. I’ll skip the time stamps and the details, but the male hostess was not as helpful as I had hoped (huge understatement) and absolutely would not give me any indication of what the wait was going to be after an hour and 40 minutes on the wait list. In waiting around, I asked someone else for help and DJ could not have been any nicer, understanding or helpful. He assessed the situation and after maybe 10 minutes was able to seat us and checked in on us through our visit. Chris was our server and he was terrific - paced the plates coming out, nailed every order, watched for who needed a drink or sauces, checked in and made a rough start worth it. The food - not a single complaint across twelve people. Highlights: Table side guac, huge nacho serving, tender brisket and carne asada and skirt steak chimichurri that was memorable and would absolutely return for.

  We always make a stop at Rocco’s Tacos whenever we’re in Naples, whether it’s just passing through or staying a few days. The food is consistently great, and we always enjoy having a few drinks here. This time was especially memorable thanks to our server Lou, who was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even better. Thank you for the consistently excellent service – we’ll definitely be back again!

  Restaurant was beautiful inside, the people there were incredibly kind and helpful. Tableside guacamole was really good, my daughter who never eats guacamole even ate it. The shrimp taco was really good, the wet burrito was huge, but I was a little disappointed in the refried beans. Too much seasoning and stuff on top. The kids meal (buttered noodles) was better than expected too, my kid actually finished her whole meal. Overall, would definitely recommend!

  We were here Mar 17, St Patrick's Day. Not sure if they have a DJ all of the time, but there was one this night. The music was TOO loud. We were sitting outside and the music was still TOO loud. Is this a restaurant or a bar? Our server, Gabe, and food were very good. The worst part of the visit was the fact that there were not enough forks for dinner that night. When our food was delivered we asked Gabe for utensils. He said he would get some. We waited. A manager stopped by the table and we told him we needed utensils. He said he would get them and never returned. Meanwhile, we saw Gabe delivering food to another table. We again asked him for forks. He said he was looking for some. ANOTHER manager came by the table. We told him we needed forks. He took out a piece of paper and made a note and said he would look into it. He never came back. It was a cold night and our food was getting cold. I got up to see if I could find forks. There were none. Finally Gabe returned with some forks that he said he just washed in the kitchen. Gabe at least tried to remedy the situation. The two managers were WORTHLESS!! Terrible experience.
