  So I’d heard that things had gone downhill since management change but I decided to give it a try anyway Ordered 2 hoagies “Please mark them” One was marked (wrong) the other not marked “Please cut them in half” One was cut in half the other was not Asked for hot peppers got sweet peppers I mean how hard is it to not screw up a hoagie order? I guess people were right Hello Wawa

  Just got two sandwiches to go. Small Big T had very little meat on it and very little cheese, no spices. See photo. My wife ordered a small roast beef, with mayo on the side. No mayo and she said the bread was so hard it was difficult to eat. In the past we have had very good sandwiches, but not this time.

  Hoagie was tasty, but order taker was so slow that the customer in front of us left. More training on how to take orders???

  This place was in my regular rotation for a sandwich. I have always ordered the same sandwich from prior owners to now. Small (NO seed bun) roast beef schwartzie. First time with new owner I got turkey schwartzie although not what I ordered it was good so I did not say anything. Second time today with same order. Where’s the roast beef?? I could have put all roast beef on 1/2 of sandwich. Just sprinkle of coleslaw and too much dressing. And what happened to bread?? Seemed like 2 day old bread and not even the same bread. Good thing I have strong teeth. I will be fair and try ONE more time. Naples can be tough! If you Give good service and food consistency the year rounders will keep you going.

  Very sad that the store has gone downhill since corporate took it over from the previous owner Kenny. The staff is not as sharp, as the wait times are longer and 3 times I've been waiting for my eat in order while it sits wrapped behind the counter. The quality is suffering too. They are slicing the tomatoes so thin that they are an unrecognizable mush. The cheese steaks aren't hot either and the cheese barely melts. I miss the old crew and am cutting back on my visits One thing to add, the last 2 visits the cashier handled my money with gloves on then handled food which defeats the purpose of wearing them.
