- KKKatieApr 1, 20261.0I visited Pollo Tropical today and had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The cashier, Eshter, displayed a noticeably bad attitude during our interaction. She seemed impatient and unhelpful, super rude which made the ordering process stressful. Once I got to the window she gave me attitude. I then seen her serve food with no gloves on. I almost wanted to leave and not get anything. I hope management can address this so future customers have a more positive experience.

Bit into my sandwich and had to spit into a napkin, something wasn't right with the flavor. Before I discarded into the trash my friend who bought lunch today said say something to the manager. Honestly, after that, my mood for food was negative. Ended up trashing it and leaving after friend finished his lunch. If I would have bought the lunch, I would have said to the manager, a refund is needed
