  We ordered breadsticks and wings. Both were received burnt. On top of that, the wings were not cooked in the sauce, the sauce was dumped on the hours old, burnt wings, cold. When we got home, we realized and called the store immediately. We spoke to the manager Josh who was incredibly rude. We asked for a new, unburnt order and he said no, that the ovens were automated and that’s just how the food came out everytime and there was nothing he could do. So according to him, all food that comes out of that store is burnt and that’s fine with him. I found that hard to believe until I looked at the reviews for this store and saw that almost all of the reviews were one star and other furious customers. I have never been treated so incredibly unprofessional by any business ever. He was so rude, dismissed our concerns and our order that was ruined and offered no solution. So we spent $35 on food that had to go directly in the garbage. Completely unacceptable! If I could give zero stars, I would. This makes Papa John’s franchise look terrible! How is this acceptable to the franchise?

  We go here a lot to get pizza. The stuffed cheesy crust pizza is the best here, same with the brownie! I will definitely recommend this place to other people.

  I had to place a large order of 9 pizzas, almost all of them with different toppings. I must say that I am more than happy with the way the people handled the order. Not one mistake! And in timely, friendly, and clean service. And thanks to the manager Alanah who helped me out with getting the order correct. Great service! I'm now a lifelong customer .
