Even though I was just picking up, they were so courteous with big smiles and welcomes and goodbyes and that made my experience so positive! Food was hot and fresh and I just wanted to thank this local Panera and their outstanding customer service! Would definitely recommend and go back. Thank you!

Once he finally came out on an empty restaurant, his attitude was super disrespectful and rude. No eye contact, no manners, not even a greeting. I walked away. We are regular customers placing catering orders pretty often. That's not how returning customers should be treated. Shame on your Ryan.
